Taking care of administration

We take care of your complete administration and bookkeeping. We prefer to receive the documents by e-mail. You don’t have to rent a software package, so you save on your costs. Mail us the sales invoices and the mt-940 file every quarter. We will request the purchase invoices later in a very targeted manner. Of course, you must keep all invoices for 7 years. This also applies to a possible audit by the tax authorities.

Drawing up a balance sheet

We can also prepare the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account. The balance sheet shows the situation as at 31 December, which includes assets (inventory, receivables and cash) and debts (sales tax payable, loan, equity, creditors).

Our accounting package also includes the profit and loss account, which shows turnover (excluding VAT) and costs (excluding VAT). We include these amounts in your income tax return.

Boekhouder Amstelveen offers you the chance to email your entire bookkeeping. You scan your receipts and invoices with your mobile phone. You already have the administration on your PC, including an MT-940 file from the bank. We only work with Quickstart software and not with E-bookkeeping or Exact online bookkeeping.

You will receive a balance sheet and profit and loss account from us every year. This is included in the price. Do you need interim annual accounts or a forecast for a mortgage? We can also draw up these overviews. However, there are additional costs associated with this. Costs from 280 euros excl. VAT per annual accounts, forecast.

The Youngtimer scheme

Sometimes an old car is more financially beneficial than a two-year-old car. For the self-employed person, a youngtimer (cars older than fifteen years) is fiscally interesting. For the private use of these cars, you do not have to pay an additional tax liability on the new value. There is a rate of 35 percent of the current value of the car. And that is usually just as high as the purchase price.

You can rest assured. There are numerous representative youngtimers on the market. They were out of your budget at the time, still look good, can easily have four to five tons of kilometers on the clock.

They are brought in droves by car dealers from Germany.
