Unlike some other firms, we do not work with an hourly rate. At such offices, you will receive an invoice after each phone call for, for example, ten minutes of advice. This makes it difficult for you to estimate in advance what the annual cost will be.
That is why we use quarterly invoicing, so that you have a clear insight into the costs on an annual basis. We think that’s very clear!
Do you hire all freelancers who want to become customers?
No, because we strive for a common understanding and also attach great importance to personal contact. So before working together, we are happy to have a conversation – this can take place over the phone, at your home or at our place. If, for example, we cannot reach an agreement on price, distance or the method of delivery, and we do not find a satisfactory solution, we may not be able to come to a cooperation. Furthermore, we only work with customers who use business bank and giro accounts.
A free introductory meeting lasts 30 minutes and offers the opportunity to get to know each other better.
Do I have to pay for advice by email or phone?
No, in general, our advice is free of charge and is included in the annual price of €960 excluding VAT per year. Any costs can only be charged if you request specific additional services, such as the preparation of interim annual accounts or assistance with a mortgage or bank meeting.
Such additional costs are calculated at an hourly rate of €60 excluding VAT.
Also keep in mind that the delivery to banks for, for example, a loan or mortgage in an SBR environment offered by them is not included in the all-in price. A minimum rate of €200 excluding VAT applies.
A free introductory meeting takes 30 minutes and is completely free of charge.
What about the costs of a possible tax audit?
Hours that we have to work in the event of a possible audit or tax audit are not included in the price. If you receive an audit, this can take place either at your home or at our office. When visiting your home, you must be present in person. If the investigation takes place at our office, we will take on the tasks – for a pre-agreed fee – collect the questions from the tax authorities and discuss this with you as a customer.
If you would like us to go through the accounts with you prior to an investigation or inspection, we will charge additional costs that are not included in the standard annual package.
