The ZZP basic package – from 80,- Euro per month excluding VAT (960 Euro per year)* .
Self-employed bookkeeper works with a fixed annual price per administration.
It concerns the Sole Proprietorship and the VOF.
There is first a no-obligation introductory meeting before you can become a customer. We reserve the right not to hire freelancers after getting acquainted. If we are not on the same page and cannot come to an agreement in terms of price or distance or the method of delivery or if we do not have the expertise in-house, we think it is better not to do business with each other. ZZP boekhouder only works with clients who have their bookkeeping run by bank and giro. We do not work with freelancers who only book everything through the cash register. And we would like to receive all sales invoices and see a sequential numbering of them.

Sole proprietorship
Your entire administration will be taken care of by us. From entering purchase invoices, processing changes of the bank, as well as the giro and cash in an administration package to taking care of the annual work, drawing up the balance sheet and profit and loss account as well as filing the income tax return.

VOF
ZZP boekhouder is also bookkeeper for the VOF. If you have set up a company with your fellow self-employed person, we as an administration office can take care of the bookkeeping for you, as well as submit the VAT and Income Tax returns. In addition, we provide various advice on, for example, the purchase of a business car.
Periodic reporting and preparation of balance sheet
The preparation of the balance sheet and profit and loss account of the sole proprietorship will be done in a professional manner. We ensure that you have the complete and correct information in a timely manner. The overviews are modern and easy to read. Of course, the operating result will also be discussed in detail with you.

Tax returns
We are happy to take care of your tax returns and make sure that you don’t pay a penny too much tax. We are also willing to answer questions from the tax authorities regarding your tax return. Furthermore, as an administration office, we also take care of your objections. In principle, we draw up your balance sheet and income tax return in the months of March and April, so that you know where you stand in time.
VAT return
Depending on the size of your self-employed company, per month, per quarter or year. We calculate the turnover tax to be paid or receivable on the basis of your turnover figures, input tax paid and imports. We file the sales tax return in the months of April, July, October and January. Only in the following months do we proceed to make the final balance sheet and the income tax return. They will be ready – in principle – in March or April.
Income tax
Your annual tax return. Of course, this also takes into account the available tax deduction possibilities as a self-employed person or freelancer with investment deduction and co-worker deduction, self-employed deduction and as a private individual with personal deduction, annuity and income from your own home. *We will make an estimate of the work in advance. The ZZP basic package is based on one sales invoice per week, also a neatly delivered cash and bank (invoices in order behind the statements) and separately also the invoices to be paid (creditors).
