Submitting administration

What do you provide to ZZP Boekhouder?
- General questions to your accountant and permanent (copy) documents
- Bank statements with accompanying (purchase) invoices administration.
- All sales invoices are numbered sequentially. Make sure that no numbers are missing.
- Tax assessments, tax returns and correspondence
- Copy of (purchase) invoices not yet paid/received
- Receipts paid in cash (cash book if applicable)
Providing general information administration
- Your contact details such as your name and address, telephone numbers, email, website, etc.
- Passport/driver’s license
- Copy of the Haarlem Chamber of Commerce
- Idem company contract
- Print old annual accounts
- Copy of old income tax return. In the months of March and April after the end of the financial year, we will prepare the final balance sheet and the income tax return. They will be ready – in principle – in March or April.
