If you are a starter, think about a number of things, open a business bank account, choose a recognizable, unique company name, choose the right legal form for your company (general partnership, private limited company, sole proprietorship, etc.), possibly draw up a business plan, register with the Chamber of Commerce, make sure that your invoices meet the legal invoice requirements. Self-employed Administration Office or Accountancy Firm
This is still a dilemma for many freelancers. In the last century, many entrepreneurs worked for an accountancy firm. This was passed on from upbringing and passed on from generation to generation. However, an accountant costs many times more money than an administration office.
Of course, you have the free choice to choose an accountant. However, an accountant is often there for the larger companies, which are required to have annual accounts drawn up.

The balance sheet shows the assets as at 31-12 (inventory, receivables and cash and cash equivalents) and payables as at 31-12 (sales tax payable, loan, equity and creditors).
Our software also produces the profit and loss account showing turnover (excluding VAT) and costs (excluding VAT). We also include these amounts in the profit declaration of the Income Tax.
